Returns & Refunds Policy

At BCSHH, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in new, unused, and original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Returns will only be accepted if items are free from damage, alterations, installation attempts, or any modifications that affect their resale value.

  • Custom or special-order items related to our design, consultation, and installation services are non-refundable, except in cases where they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Items purchased on clearance or promotional discounts may not be eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

  • Refunds may be partially approved if an item does not meet full return eligibility criteria.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a Return Request:

    • Contact us at bathroomscshh@yahoo.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

    • Include photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • Our team will review your request and provide return approval along with instructions.

  2. Shipping the Returned Item:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

    • Items must be returned using a trackable and insured shipping method.

    • BCSHH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.

  3. Inspection & Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

    • Inspection may take up to 10 business days from the date of receipt.

    • If the item is not in its original condition or is missing parts, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied, or the refund may be denied.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 20-30 business days after return approval.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired credit card), an alternative refund method may be arranged, subject to verification.

  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and installation fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item received).

  • In cases where a return is delayed or lost in transit, we will not issue a refund until the item is received at our return facility and fully inspected.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Contact bathroomscshh@yahoo.com to provide details and images of the issue.

  • If the item is in stock, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  • If the item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternative product of equal value.

  • Customers must return the defective product before receiving a replacement, unless otherwise specified.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or special-order products (unless defective upon arrival).

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., shower heads, toilet seats) once opened.

  • Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional giveaway items.

  • Clearance and final sale items unless damaged during shipping.

Restocking Fees & Deductions

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns that do not meet our full eligibility criteria.

  • If returned items are missing accessories, parts, or original packaging, deductions may be made from the refund amount.

  • Customers who refuse delivery of an order without prior approval may be charged return shipping costs in addition to restocking fees.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

  • If an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available, and the standard return process applies.

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Damaged or Missing Items Upon Delivery

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, do not accept the delivery or ensure the damage is noted by the courier.

  • Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claims.

Changes to This Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or change this Refund Policy at any time.

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

  • Customers are encouraged to review this policy regularly to stay informed.
