Order Processing & Fulfillment
We aim to process all orders as efficiently as possible. Orders placed through our online store are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If you place an order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next available business day.
Custom or Special Orders: If you’ve placed a custom or special order related to our design and installation services, please note that these orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you promptly regarding the estimated time for completion and shipping at the time of purchase. Our team will ensure you are kept up to date with any changes to your order’s status.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as product availability, delivery location, weather conditions, and carrier delays. Although we strive to meet our delivery targets, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will see this option highlighted at checkout. Free shipping may apply to certain promotions, minimum purchase amounts, or specific product categories.
International Shipping
Currently, BCSHH only offers shipping to Europe. For customers located outside of Europe, please contact us at bathroomscshh@yahoo.com to discuss international shipping options. We will be happy to assist you with any special shipping requests or explore alternative delivery options that may be available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress and receive updates on its estimated delivery time. Tracking details can also be accessed through your customer account on our website.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. In cases where damage occurs during shipping, please provide photos of the damaged items and packaging. This helps us expedite the claims process with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges

Special Shipment Rules (e.g. Fragile or Heavy Items)
Certain products require special handling during shipping due to their fragility, weight, or size. For fragile items (e.g. glass, ceramics) or heavy items (e.g. bathroom equipment, large accessories), additional care is taken to ensure safe delivery.
Fragile Items:

Products sensitive to damage, such as mirrors, glass panels, ceramics, or items with thin or easily breakable edges, will be packed using special protective packaging.

These items will also be shipped via safer transportation methods, such as express shipping or shipping with added insurance, depending on the weight and value of the goods.
Heavy Items:

Products with significant weight or volume, such as bathroom fixtures, large furniture, and flooring panels, will be shipped using specialized transport services that can handle such loads.

Additional costs may apply for shipping heavy items, which will be displayed at the checkout stage.
Address Changes After Order Placement
We recommend double-checking that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to change the address after placing your order.

After Shipping: Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Once the package leaves our warehouse, the delivery address is final.

Before Shipping: If you need to update your address, please contact our customer service team at bathroomscshh@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the address before the package is handed over to the carrier.
Unclaimed Packages Policy
If a package is not claimed by the customer, for example, due to absence from the delivery address or failure to pick up the package from the courier, we follow the procedures below:

Unclaimed Packages by the Customer: If a package is not claimed or returned to us due to failed delivery, we will reach out to the customer to discuss the next steps.

We may offer a reshipment option, but this may incur additional shipping costs.

If the package is not claimed within 7 business days, it will be returned to our warehouse and may be subject to a return shipping fee.

Cancellation of the Order: If the package is unclaimed and cannot be re-delivered, the customer may be charged for the shipping costs and return fees.
Shipping Insurance Options
To provide full protection for shipments, we offer shipping insurance options. Shipping insurance covers damage or loss of a package during transit.

Standard Insurance:
All shipments are covered by basic insurance, which covers damage to the shipment or the loss of the package during transit. The insurance value corresponds to the value of the ordered products. -
Additional Insurance:
For higher-value shipments or fragile items, we offer the option to purchase additional insurance. If you choose this option, the insurance will cover the full value of the order, including the cost of goods and shipping. The cost of additional insurance will be displayed during the checkout process. -
Reporting Damage:
In case of damage to your goods during shipping, please report the issue within 7 business days of receiving the package by sending photos of the damaged items and packaging to bathroomscshh@yahoo.com. Our team will assist with filing claims with the carrier.
